Return Policy

What are the return conditions?

Our return policy allows you to return your purchase for any reason within 14 days from the day you receive your package. Please ensure that the item(s) are returned unused and in their original packaging. It's important to include your email address when returning items, as we need it to process the return.

How can I return my order?

To return an item, please note that the customer is responsible for both the return shipping and its costs. A refund will be processed only after we receive the returned products in good condition. We recommend keeping your tracking code and receipts as proof of your return shipment.

Please be aware that shipping costs will not be refunded if the delivery fails due to the recipient not being available or unable to collect it from the pickup point. When the package is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the customer for the products so a new order can be placed if desired.

Can I exchange my order for a different item or size?

We do not offer the option to exchange products directly. If you wish to receive a different size or product, please place a new order for the item you prefer.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Our goal is to process your refund within five business days from the day we receive the returned products. Legally, we have up to 14 business days to issue a refund. Depending on your selected payment service, it may take an additional up to five business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you return all items from your order, we will refund the total amount of your order, including shipping costs.

Please ensure any claims made through PayPal are closed, as we must resolve these before proceeding with a refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is confirmed, we cannot cancel or make changes to it. The packing and shipping process begins immediately after confirmation, preventing any alterations. However, you do have the option to return your order within 14 days after receiving it.
